SULs are authorized under Chapter 5 of the State Board of Land Commissioners\u2019 Rules and Regulations. Some examples of special use leases are communication sites, cabin sites, water wells for commercial or municipal use, disposal and injection wells, ranch headquarters, production facilities, compressor sites, and offset wells, to name a few.<\/SPAN><\/P><\/DIV><\/DIV><\/DIV>",
